Proactive tips - before applying for the service
- The bank account or credit card must be registered in the name of the insured or in the name of the approved entity in the case of corporate payment.
- Payment via bank account is subject to longer processing periods (up to three working days).
- Payment via credit card is immediate but may include service fees depending on the bank.
Proactive Tips – After Applying for the Service
- Following the approval of the change by the GPSSA, a confirmation message will be received via email.
- It is recommended to follow up on the subsequent payment operations via the e-system or through the bank statement to ensure the success of the deduction process.
- In the event of deducting an unjustified amount after the change, an inquiry must be submitted via GPSSA's website.
