Inquiry Submission

This service enables customers to communicate with the General Pension and Social Security Authority to submit inquiries related to the Authority’s services, regulations and procedures, with the aim of providing accurate and clear information, enhancing service quality and delivering a distinguished customer experience for all customer segments.

The process

Register and log in to the “Maashi” digital platform using the UAE Pass .
Select the service from the service list, fill in the required fields, attach the necessary documents and submit the request for review and approval.
