Using this service, the user can submit an end-of-service request for an insured registered with the GPSSA and initiate the disbursement of the end-of-service gratuity payment (e.g. gratuity amount or monthly pension amount), if applicable.
The process
Access the "Ma'ashi" platform and apply for the service "Apply for End Of Service - Civil"
Use the Unified Login System (UAEPASS) if you are already registered, or register a new account if you are not registered.
Submit the service request.
